    Track Your Weight

    In the Real Appeal Effect program, we encourage you to consistently weigh-in every week. To get an accurate read, it's a good idea to do it in the morning, on the same day of each week, while wearing the same light clothing, or without your clothes. Some people prefer to weigh every day, but we don't encourage it due to normal fluctuations.

    To log your weight click Track Weight:

    Type your weight and then click Save:

    To log your weight for a different day, use the red arrow to go back to a previous day:
