To ensure that you can connect to the live online Real Appeal Effect session successfully, we recommend that you conduct a system test on the device that you will use. The system test is available for both mobile devices and computers, and it takes just moments to complete.

Conduct System Test on Your Computer
Navigate to the system test page using one of these methods:
- From your Profile page, click the Run System Check link found under the Your Schedule heading:
If you access the system test from the direct URL above, you will begin the system test by entering the email address that you use to log into our website and your Company name. If you access the system test from your Profile page, you will not enter this information.
If prompted to do so, enter your email address and company name, then click Next Step:
Some browsers require that you download a plugin. If you see this prompt, please click the Download Plugin button:

If your browser requires a plugin and it has been downloaded successfully, click Next Step:
The system will now check your connectivity. Please allow a moment for this step to be completed:
Once you are successfully connected, click Next Step:
Confirm that your camera is active:
Confirm that your microphone is working:
When your test is complete, you will be ready to join your weekly sessions:

Conduct System Test on Your Mobile Device
From the Login page of the Real Appeal Effect app, tap Need help connecting to live session?
Enter your email address and your company name and then tap Continue:
First, the test will check your connectivity:
You will see a green check mark and confirmation that you have connected successfully:
Tap the Back button to return to the login screen:
Type your email address and password and then tap Sign In to log into your account and join your session:
