The Real Appeal website is full of great information to help you spark your transformation. Review the information below to learn what you will see on each of the main sections of the website.
When you log into the Real Appeal website the first thing you will see is your main dashboard. From here you can navigate to any of the website sections.
In the top right hand corner of the dashboard you will see the date and time of your next group session:
In the middle of your dashboard you can access the Food, Activity, and Weight Trackers:
The current session week's materials appear below the trackers:
Below the session content you have the ability to upload a Before Photo and Record Notes:
The Trackers Dashboard gives you access to all of our trackers and your progress report.
Progress Tab: Shows your weight loss summary. You can view the last 7 days, 30 days, 60 days or year to date:
Weight Tab: From here you can track your weight for today or any previous day:
Exercise Tab: From here you can track your exercise activity for today or any previous day:
Food Tab: This tab allows you to track different meals throughout the day. In addition, you can utilize the Hunger Scale and the Food Check tools:
Water Tab: From here you can track how much water you consume throughout a day. Click a glass for each 8 ounces of water that you drink:
My Plan Tab: There are several different targets that you can edit from this tab. For more information on this tab specifically please see Set Your Daily Calorie Needs.
Measurements Tab: This tab allows you track multiple body measurements in addition to your daily steps and blood pressure. For more information on how to use this tab please see Track Your Measurements.
From the Library Dashboard you can access all of our session content, the Real Foods Nutrition Guide and the Real Moves Fitness Guide.
Session Content Tab: Use the Quick Jump drop-down list to find a specific session week's materials easily:
Nutrition Tab: From here you can access a PDF version of the Real Foods Nutrition Guide:
Fitness Tab: From here you can access a PDF version of the Real Appeal Moves Guide:
Your Inbox allows you to compose and receive personal secure messages to and from your coach.
To send a message to your Coach, click Compose. To respond to a message from your Coach, click Reply:
Click the Profile link on the left side of your screen to access your Profile Dashboard:
From the Profile dashboard, you can view information about yourself and modify many of those details. For information how to do so, please see the following articles:
Click the Settings link on the left side of your screen to access your Profile Dashboard:
From the Settings dashboard you can view and edit your account details.
