    Connect with Google Chrome

    Connecting for the First Time

    1. Click the JOIN button in the upper right corner of the dashboard.


    2. You will see a prompt in the top left corner of the page that asks if you want to use your camera and microphone. To use your camera or microphone during the session, you will need to select “Allow." This is not required to join the session successfully, but it is highly recommended for the best experience.


    3. You should now be connected to the session.  If you are properly connected, you should see the text on the red screen change to “Connected! Your coach has not yet arrived. Please wait..." or you will see your coach on the screen.


    Joining After Blocking the Camera and/or Microphone

    If you selected “Block” when the prompt requests you to allow access to your camera and microphone, you can still connect to your session and allow access to your camera and microphone. Follow the instructions below to do so:

    1. Click the “Join” button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.


    2. A message will be displayed stating that there is a problem with your camera. First, verify that the camera is not being used by another program or application before moving to the next step. 


    3. There will be a small camera with a red X icon to the right end of the address bar. Click this icon to display a message that will state, “This page has been blocked from accessing your camera and microphone.”


    4. Select the “Always Allow” radio button to allow access to your camera and microphone and then click Done in the pop-up window.


    5. Click the Retry with Camera button. The session should now connect. If you are properly connected, you should see the text on the red screen change to “Connected! Your coach has not yet arrived. Please wait…” or you will see your coach on the screen.


    Joining from a Computer Not Equipped With a Camera or Microphone

    If you do not have a camera or microphone installed on your computer you can still connect to your session. Follow the instructions below:

    1. Click the JOIN button in the upper right corner of the dashboard.


    2. If you do not have a camera installed, click Continue Without Camera. (Note: If you do have a camera installed and would like to enable it, see the instructions above for "Joining After Blocking Camera and Microphone.")


    3.  If you do not have a microphone installed, select Continue Without Microphone. (Note: If you do have a microphone installed and would like to enable it,  see the instructions above for "Joining After Blocking Camera and  Microphone.")


    4. The session should now connect. If you are properly connected, you  should see the text on the red screen change to “Connected! Your coach  has not yet arrived. Please wait…” or you will see your coach on the  screen.
